• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years Information Technology experience
• 5+ years – documenting processes and workflows
• 2+ years – current Data Analysis and working with numbers
• 2+ years - Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) experience & HR metrics (well versed on HR reporting requirements and system implementation/updates)
• 2+ years - current with creating reporting metrics
• 2+ years – current preparing reporting and presentations
• Qualified candidate will have the following technical attributes;
(1) Dashboard Reporting tools
(2) Advance Excel and PowerPoint (Provide Samples)
(3) Advance Visio (Provide Samples)
(4) Multitasker
(5) Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
(6) Quality driven and eye for details
(7) Strong interpersonal and communication skills
(8) Strong presence and professional demeanor

• Hands-on experience querying, analyzing and organizing data out of two or more of the following: PeopleSoft or equivalent HRIS systems including; Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Vendor Management System (VMS), Learning Management System LMS
o SharePoint is a BIG PLUS
• Previous background working within a Human Resources environment is a BIG PLUS



Immediate highly visible opening for an experienced Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Data and Reporting Analyst, skilled at querying HRIS Data Systems including; PeopleSoft or other Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Vendor Management System (VMS), Learning Management System (LMS) with Data Analysis, analyzing, reporting and presenting data findings using MS Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.

Day to day tasks and responsibilities include:
• Work with HR on Career Management Refresh project
• Consults with end user to determine client reporting needs as to how data can be provided to support business decisions
• Collaborates with team members and IT on reporting solutions
• Ensures data quality and usefulness of standard and ad-hoc reports in comparison with requests
• Developing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries
• Assist improving Company-wide metrics and reporting dashboards
• Analyses of employee/non-employee data
• Helps maintain data integrity for varies data, including testing and documenting data anomalies
• Queries or extracts data from varies sources, modifies and calculates data in Excel and other tools
• Interpret technical terminology into layman’s terms

This is a 4 month + project working with a well-respected senior manager in a highly strategic role role in the organization.
