Full-time Sr. Data Analyst/Project Manager

Overall Need:

Process Improvement Reporting and Metrics, Creating New Metrics

Lead the technical aspect of the PMO jobs to create the reports and metrics.

Need the expertise to create new reports/metrics and help PMO Process Manager delve into the data producing the values so we can perform some root cause analysis

Project management experience is a must so they understand why we are creating such reports and identify better reports/metrics that could help us

QA and root cause analysis skills are a must so we can explain why a score is what it is

Person with a technical background and solid PM skills is ideal (running, creating reports, but using analytical skills to interpret and improve them)

NOTE: One other resource is handling the reporting now, but need someone to augment this technical expertise with stronger analytical mind-set

NOTE: Run reports weekly, with 24 hour lag in data retrieval from Clarity




Experience:

-Clarity experience preferred, but not necessary
-PMO experience highly preferred
-4 year degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field
-Financial Services experience highly preferred
-Strong Agile understanding
-PMP certificatoin preferred
-5+ years of Project Management or Data Analyst experience
