Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for overseeing ITO (Information Technology Outsourcing) operations for a global retail client. This SDM will focus on the client’s IT operations in both North and South America to ensure contract deliverables/project goals are met with an emphasis on client relations, service requests, and problem resolution communications within the region. The SDM is supports profit and loss (P&L;) management and new business development activities within the region

This IT operations management position requires experience in client-executive relationship management, large global organization’s policies and procedures, and matrix-management of IT engineering resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and manages the IT operations within the Americas region of the client organization and ensures that SLAs are met
  • Manages the client relationship ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinates the activities of Xerox’s IT services operations and the client

Requirements:

  • 10+ year’s operations management in IT
  • Strong technical, communications and management skills
  • Outsourcing experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills desirable
