New Age Technologies is currently seeking a Linux Administrator. This is a long-term contract budgeted through August 2015 with possible extension. Providing comprehensive Linux administration in an Enterprise environment. Must be able to install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade and document all aspects of the Linux architecture. Linux (RHEL) a plus.

Requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain DoD SECRET Clearance.

Candidates should have a thorough knowledge and ability to perform performance optimization, performance testing, and incident response while implementing and maintaining a secure Linux server environment.

Minimum Qualification:
Three years of technical experience administering Linux in an Enterprise environment.
Security+ Required
Linux or Red Hat Certification Preferred
Shell Scripting experience preferred

Related Skills:

Team player, strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of ISO/ITIL processes and documentation standards is desired
Knowledge of Agile methodology and techniques are desirable
Experience in Network operations and design, switches, routers, and firewalls
