We currently have an internal full time permanent opening for an IT Sales Staffing Account Executive
We are looking for an outgoing business development professional accustomed to proactively targeting and acquiring new business. We are located in Edison, NJ and are seeking a highly motivated, passionate sales professional to join our team.
Looking for:
5+ years of IT Sales and Business Development experience. We are preferably looking for someone who has worked as a recruiter before and has transitioned into selling IT staffing solutions. We are open to IT Sales professionals as well who have sold other IT Products and solutions.
A pure Sales Hunter. Someone who is confident in knocking on new doors, prospecting new companies, generating leads, and acquiring and building brand new client relationships.
Someone who is “Proactive” and not “Reactive” You will be the one building a target list of companies that you wish to prospect and will have flexibility with this. It will be your job to select and prospect the best companies that can utilize our services.
IT Industry knowledge and up to date with the newest technologies to sell to prospective clients
Someone who overall enjoys selling and generating brand new business.
Someone who is looking to work as part of a great team, with little to no employee turnover, and an excellent work environment
Must have a proven track record of bringing in and generating new business.

This is not a revolving door sales company. We are looking for the right fit. We hire people who wish to remain with us long term. We have had 0 employment terminations within 2013.
Flexibility to target and build your own list of companies that you wish to prospect. We focus on results and will provide you with the support and resources to do so.
Since we focus on results, we do not set minimum call volumes or call times as most sales and staffing companies require ( ie. no making 100+ calls a day like a telemarketer. If you need to, this is more up to you. You make the amount of calls necessary to bring in new business). We focus on profitability and the end results – ie companies prospected, new client contracts, new job requisitions received, and new deals made.
