Full-time Help Desk Manager

Join the team of a prestigious global corporation! This company has a
current job opening for a Help Desk Manager to manage both local and
remote IT issues. As the Help Desk Manager, you will supervise a small
team, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to all end user problems.
Qualified candidates will be degreed with at least three years of
experience supervising IT desktop support operations. Expert
understanding of the following is required:

· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Windows 7
· Office 2010
· Microsoft Exchange 10
· Active Directory system administration
· Avaya phone systems
· Network Printer management
· LAN/WAN
· TCP/IP
· DNS

Pay Rate:
85-100k

Candidates with Microsoft and operating system certifications are
preferred and candidates with PMP, ITIIL V.3, and A+ certifications would
be a plus.
